Question: Losing Weight Problems... Needing Help!.?
I have been losing weight since this last april and I have so far lost almost 40 pounds. I went from 170 lbs to 133.5 lbs . I am loving the results I just have a question about inches. I haven't been losing any inches especially around my belly for months. I seem to can't get rid of the fat I have on there and It seems so large. For my measurments it says my hips should be a size five and my waist and abdominal should be a size 12. I feel very misproportioned. I have been taking Activ Digest to help metabolism digest that could be the problem. I work out five days a week and try to have a very clean diet. I feel very lost with nothing working. Please help me! I run/jog 4 miles three days a week and do a ab and arm stregnthening work out 2 days a week that last about 45 minutes. I feel when I do cardio I push myself to get better and stronger. I am also losing about 1.5 pounds a week, but still no inches around the abdominal especially. Thank you for the help! also do you think doing a stationary bike for additional cardio work out or replacing some of the running with that could help and be worth it.?Health Question & Answer

i have a stationary bike and workout 7 days a week for 1 hour.
i feel my belly getting tighter. i really don't know how that happened using the bike, but i can tell you that it is the bike because i dont do any other exercises. i have the bike w/ no back rest, so i have to hold my tummy in just to keep a balance, otherwise i'll be all slouched over. maybe that's what is helping my tummy.
