Is it necessary to do strength training?!


Question: Is it necessary to do strength training.?
I do walking/stair climbing for an hour everyday. I have lost a lot of weight and look foward to losing a bit more. I have never been to a gym nor done any sort of activity to build muscle. This is my question- Is it necessary to do strength training to be fit.? Health Question & Answer
