Answers:
Check with your doc. Most of the time, bloating comes from foods you eat like too many carbs found in grains, especially if you combine them with fruit. Fruit can be a culprite as well as sugar of any kind. Try fasting for a couple of meals and then when you do eat, start with a healthy herb tea or green tea. Try eating something that helps digestion like oatmeal with one egg. Eating a protein and healthy carb helps cut down on bloating. Eating a carb alone will sometimes bring on the 'gas'. Another thing to try would be taking a digestive enzyme found at most health food stores. Take one with your large meal 3 times a day. Do not eat late in the evening and drink a full glass of water before each meal. If you still experience problems then see a doc, because it could be a sign of a bigger issue.Health Question & Answer
