Question: Why is no one answering my question.?
I am asking for serious advice on how much weight i should cut down this season.

I am 176lbs,5.7 ft.End of bulking season.Cutting started on thursday.

welll 155lbs 5ft 7 my friend is 145 at 5ft 6 an he's decently big not huge tho assuming ur gonna bulk again then yea 155-160 u should be there dont go lower than 155lbs that's if ur looking to get bigggg if not then maintain that weight.? i say like 160 Health Question & Answer
