also you HIIT promoters- 75 % of an Olyympic sprinter's workout is LOW INTENSITY STEADY STATE TEMPO RUNS. And when they DO happen to sprint- IT DOES NOT IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM RESEMBLE HIIT - NOT AT ALL. Couldn't be more different
