which would be a healthier breakfast:
1.5 cups of Kashi Go Lean Cereal w/ .5 cup of milk

or

1 slice whole wheat bread w/ 1 tbsp peanutbutter and a banana.

or egg w/ english muffin and banana



which is healthier lunch:

2 slices turkey w/ 5 lettuce leafs, on small whole wheat roll

or

1 cup whole wheat pasta w/ 1/2 cup beans and 1 cup broccoli

or

peanutbutter sandwich on whole wheat bread


and which is a healthier snack:
yogurt w/ raisins and granola

or

granola bar, string cheese, and a fruit

or

small sandwich (turkey and lettuce on whole wheat bread)

or

cheese and crackers and fruit

also, please list some healthy, low fat snack ideas.? thanks

Answers:
Breakfast:
Kashi Go Lean Crunch & Milk (maybe add some kind of fruit!)

Lunch:
The turkey sandwich (add some carrot sticks w/ light ranch!)

Snack:
Yogurt w/ granola etc.

Other snacks:
Peanut butter & apples, rice cakes, turkey rolled up in a low carb tortilla w/ mustard, frozen coolwhip (instead of ice cream!), fresh fruit.

A good breakfast should be: egg with english muffin and banana. Egg is all the Carbs and Protein you need, Banana gives you required potassium, and the muffin should be enough fibers. A good lunch is 2 slices turkey w/ 5 lettuce leafs, on small whole wheat roll and a good in between snack would probably be yogurt w/ raisins and granola.
