Because I don't know the amount, I can't tell you how many calories are in your salad. But if you're going for healthy, get rid of the bacon and ham and replace it with sliced grilled chicken or turkey instead. Try adding in some spinach, tomatoes, and cucumbers for more bulk. For dressing, you can use low fat cottage cheese. I've seen people use lemon juice as dressing, too. Pretty much anything goes in a salad, but you just have to use your best judgement if you're aiming to actually make the salad healthy.Health Question & Answer

Have lots of lettuce..tomatoes..cucumbers...peppers..... potatoes..and veryy few bacon and ham bits..infact you shud cut out the red meat if you want to lose weight and stick to chicken and fish and eggs.. put salt pepper lime..or salt pepper oregano..and a VERY LITTLE BIT OF Mayo..or barbeque sauce..
