I am going to New York for 7 days in November and im concerned about putting on lots of weight! How can I prevent this from happening.?Health Question & Answer

I was concerned about putting weight on when I went to NYC in September. In actual fact its not too bad, yes portions are a slightly bigger, but its like anything there is nearly always a healthy option.
If you don't want to put weight on don't eat the biggest burger, buy pizza by the slice rather than the whole thing. Best advice I can give you is enjoy it, your on your hols, just don't go over the top and only eat when your hungry.
