I cannot remember, but I thought you burned more calories doing the weights first. Thanks in advance.Health Question & Answer

As far as injury prevention & energy level goes, it's probably best to do weights first then cardio. As for which strategy burns the most calories, I'm not sure. Besides the activity itself burning calories, lifting weights builds muscle, & muscle is thermogenic (heat/calorie burning). So it's probably more efficient if you can devote your initial focus upon weights.Health Question & Answer
no. cardio is more effective in burning calories, while lifting weights will build up ur muscle, and only take care of a small portion of ur body fat. if ur just trying to lose weight, then i suggest u only do cardio. if, however, u want to lost weight, while increasing muscle at the same time, then simply do both.
Hope this helps!
P.S. i hope u only do cardio, because girls are more SEXY if they don't have muscle!!! HAHAHA!!!!!!!!Health Question & Answer
