It is overweight for your age, but you are rather tall. So it probably evens out.
If you feel a little embarrassed about your weight, do simple exercises at your home. When I feel a bit out of shape, I just do some crunches until it burns and I feel healthier after that. =P
But yeah, crunches can really do a number on your tummy if you feel you need to do them.
