Question: Would i lose 15 pounds in a month doing this......................?
i am 13 5 foot 1 128 pounds
if i do 40 min on an excersise ball that has a video (cardio)
then i am going to eat this

lunch- 3 slices of turkey on a 100 calorie arnold whole grain roll and a piece of fruit

dinner-400 calorie

on the weekends i am going to eat

breakfast-special k with soy milk
lunch-special k with soy milk

i think sooo but you should eat some kind of breakfast even if its just orange juice or something because it gets your metabolism started... yea tooooooooooonnnnnnnnns of excersise thats the best way-try pilates yoga , that will help body sculping.... dont over eat... that was my biggest problem only eat a little then wait to see if your still hungry....if you are drink water its great for weight loss..... drink water as snacks......OHOH TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM BREAD CARBS AND SALT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN... you could definitely lose 15 pounds in a month by doing that BUT you would gain it back just as fast. The faster you lose weight, the faster you gain it back...unless you plan on eating those same things the rest of your life..which i doubt that will happen. And although you are losing weight you are not going to be healthy because you are not getting the proper nutrition.
firstly you did not say you would be eating breakfast during the week which is probably the WORST thing you could do. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.. and if you do not eat breakfast within an hour of getting up your body goes into starvation mode. When your body is in starvation mode it will use the foods you are putting into your body at lunch, dinner etc and store them as fat.
therefor you should always have a good breakfast
ex:
oatmeal and fruit
eggwhites with cut up vegetables in it
OR
fat free yogurt and a peice of multigrain toast with peanut butter

at your age all you really need to do is eat healthy, exercise.
you need to eat every 3 hours..
dont have breads and protein in the same meal
dont eat late
always have breakfast
drink lots of water
and do not wait to eat until your starving

also remember your young .. you can eat junk sometimes without you gaining any weight.. just make sure you are excersing

Best thing I'd say is to get involved with school activities they can help you achieve a few pounds and balance your weight avoid the soda's and the junk food have.
