well i am a guy that tall but i weigh is 120, but your a girl so i guess 85-105, but it doesn't matter you can still lose it if you weight too much and you can change your weight by doing the simple things like eating more but smaller amounts. i play soccer and eat about 5 times a day breakfast is always the biggest, then a snack like a fiber 1 bar, than a health lunch with a sandwich fruit and maybe some chips, than another snack like fruit, then dinner never eat out for dinner if you can making dinner is sooooooo much better.
best of luck,
shea

I mean there isn't a standard definition as to what is healthy but I believe for around 5'4 anything below 135 and above 105 is considered perfectly normal. I think 125 is around what the standard weight is supposed to be.Health Question & Answer
