How many calories per day do I need?!


Question: How many calories per day do I need.?
All of the web sites tell you this based on height, weight, age and activiity level but the activity level only has a few choices... ie very active, active, moderate, etc.
If I work cardio 30min, fat burning 30 min (treadmill) and weights every day, how can I know how many calories I should eat.? 5'6, 140, 28 years oldHealth Question & Answer
