Question: How much can i loose by november 15th.? please help me! 14 year old needs to loose weight!.?
i would like to loose around 15 lbs
i dance 1.25 hours/ class
three time a week

and i do lots of stretching
and i can go for a 20 min run in mornings

ill walk more
and eat less
i can probably live off of as low as 1000 cals a day

cause im only 14
(well, forteen in a few days)
so i dont eat alot

and suggestions.?
how much can i loose.?
how can i do it.?
ps im veggetarian

oh and just to help you know me
today i had
about 400 cals for brunch
and 550 cals for dinner
so thats nearly 1000 cals
this is not a normal day for me
but i spent the day cleaning my new cottage
but im not as active as i usually am tday

usually i have
200 cals breaky
200 cals lunch
300 cals after school
and 250 cals for dinner
maybe an apple for dessert
so thats about 100 cals

you can healthly lose like 10 to 15 pounds by then.

good working out schedule but try to add some 30 minutes of walking each day. that's what i do plus dance 4 times a week for 1 hour except for one day when i do 2 hours.

you should be eating 1500 calories a day or 2000. if you eat less your body will just burn less and you wont have energy.
keep you body guessing. one day eat 2000 calories, then 1500 then the next day eat 1800 then so on and so on . but stay in the same zone.


i'm a vegan, raw vegan once in a while soon to be full time. =D
raw veganism is a great way to lose weight, look great, and feel great. i'm 15 btw.


you should have the most calories for breakfast
second most for lunch
least for dinner
and ahve 2 snacks a day(prefably fruit or veggies)
don't have fruit 3 to 4 hours before you sleep because then you will have a lot of energy(good energy but still energy)

If your bmi is only 18.9 then you really shouldn't even be considering loosing weight. You are perfectly healthy for your height and you should probably be eating more calories then 1000 anyways for your activeness.Health Question & Answer

WHOA! You don't need to lose weight, you need to gain it. You are still growing, and you need the nutrients.

Counting every single calorie if you are not required to can lead to eating disorders.

The way I am doing it is by reading ingredients, eating whole foods. If the package has 50 ingredients, I don't need to eat it.

I am also doing a colon cleanse soon, and that will clean out the toxic mess in there, and make room for maximum nutrition absorption. I'm going to eat a lot of raw foods after that, along with yogurt to replenish my good bacteria.
