Make sure that you're getting a balanced diet in addition to the exercise. Anaemia can cause tiredness - eating foods rich in iron can help or see your doctor for a blood count if you're not sure.

Rhodiola Rosea (Siberian Golden Root) can help with feelings of tiredness and exhaustion.

It is said that exercise will increase feelings of wellbeing, build up stamina and relieve tiredness, but only if you're eating a balanced diet and you don't have any underlying medical problems. Depression and stress can also cause tiredness and exercise is very good for helping to relieve these problems.

Hope you feel better soon. Health Question & Answer

Yes it does. Plus a good well balanced diet of healthy foods also help. I used to didn't exercise and had junk food all day and would get tired in the afternoon. Then I usually take a nap. Now I have energy all day and don't need a nap. Health Question & Answer

A combination of eating right, working out 45- 60min each time, and the correct amount of sleep 7-8hours.
