Question: What do normal skinny women eat.? (Not the ones that can eat ANYTHING and NOT gain weight!).?
I'm just curious! What do normal sized skinny women eat.? Mainly those who are sizes 5/6-9/10. If you fit into this category and are not overly active (super athletic); please share your stories. If you are just one of those with a high metabolism good for you, but I need helpful answers!

Im usually a size 7 or 8..and i eat anything (litterally) as long as its 1400-1500 cals a day, or else i'll gain weight

I've always loved healthy food so its been easy for me to stay thin. I'm a bit athletic but not over the top. I eat grilled salmon 3-4 times a week. I eat lean turkey burgers (150 cal. 9 grams fat) without the bun, hard boiled eggs (the kind with omega 3's), yellowfin tuna fillets (once a week maybe), tomatos, spinach, carrots, celery,raspberries, drink calcium enriched V8, low fat soups, shirtaki tofu noodles. I'm not a fan of dairy but I get enough calcium from the V8 I drink and multivitamin. When I go to restaurants I only eat half of what I order and take the other half home. I eat 5-6 times a day and stop after 7 pm. A good way to remember portions is that your protein should be no bigger than a deck of cards and a serving of fruit or veggies is approximately 1 cup.
