Question: What must I do to obtain my weight goals.?
I'm 26 years old. I'm 5'3, and I'm a female. I used to play basketball in high school, and I weighed between 125 and 130 pounds. I was tiny, had the flat stomach with some abs, small biceps, but I was cut. It's been a while, and with my lack of activity and focus on eating habits, I'm up to 170 pounds! I don't look fat. I told someone recently how much I weigh, and they were shocked, but I can sure tell! My stomach is not nice and flat anymore, my arms are not as slim and cut, and I can really tell in my face. I used to be able to really see my jaw line. The last time I went on a strict diet, I would run for about an hour 5 days a week, some weight training, and I really ate healthy. After a few months, I barely lost a couple of pounds!! Do any of you have any suggestions for me.?.? I really want to get back to my old body!Health Question & Answer
