yea..ive been told,one of my professors stated that its strenuous to the heart and various muscle groups! i guess the best way to explain it would be like stopping and starting a car continuously..its not a good thing..you should wait @ least thirty to forty five min...so that your heart could be @ rest!Health Question & Answer
