you know the answer to this.... get active. adjust your diet to more vegetables, fruit and less fats and only a trace of fast food (like on a weekend outing, and then no no supersizing. Active does not mean track.. dancing is good so is walking trot or jog with a friend.
5'7" and 140 is not thin but it is a long way from (fat) lose a few pounds slowly (no need for pain). Get some small weights and work out while you watch tv. You can do it...
