Im five four and everyone says im really fast and strong. I wanted to play running back in high school. I have been lifting weights a pretty long time know.Health Question & Answer

YOU say u been lifting since a long time ago,and you're only 13...I think u might have started weight lifting a little early..I've got to say you're pretty strong for your age if thats what u bench..U can work-out as long as work-out doesn't involve using your knees or spine(example:squat/deadlift)because that would affect your growth.Hope this advise helps!!Health Question & Answer
