Question: Question about shin splints..?
I've been playing a lot of basketball and soccer lately. It seems each time I play it only takes a few minutes before my shins and ankles stiffen up and start hurting really bad. They seem to be getting worse every week. I played track and football all throughout high school and have never had this problem before. What should I do.?Health Question & Answer

I used to get shin splints from ballet, and some downtime really helped. Remember - your body is not invincible.Health Question & Answer
