The best way to stick to 500 calories a day is to make sure you're drinking a lot of fluids (water, NO juice or sodas). Get a lot of protein and fiber. for protein have, tuna, lean chicken, soy burgers, or protein bar or shake. Fiberone cereal contains a lot of fiber and is very little calories. green vegetables such as broccoli has very little calories high fiber for a large amount of that vegetable. also take a multi vitamin, and sleep a minimum of 8 hours a night.

as long as you kno i know that you know you are crazy for wanting a 500 cal. diet . i can help..
what you need to do is figure out what you want to eat.. because it will never work if i give you foods you do not like.. after you do that.. sit down and plan count weight cut and store foods. in to 5 meals of 100 cals each for 5 days.. like breakfast 1 ounce of oatmeal.. ect and so forth.. but just a warning .. all the weight you lose if any you will gain back after you week is over ..

In the long run when you start eating again you'll put back on the weight and possibly more. Just count your calories I guess. you can effectively and safely lose weight taking in at least 1200 calories a day. your body might actually stop performing certain functions cause it does not have enough energy too.Health Question & Answer
Yeah, you are correct..not healthy at all. As a matter of fact this will actually make you gain weight. A new diet every week can slow your metabolism down to a crawl. Eat foods that are lean (chicken breasts, avocados, etc.) and eat the right proportions. Get 30-45 minutes of exercise, this will speed up you metabolism. There is no quick fix, I can promise you!!
