You can definitely lose weight and tone legs and stomach by doing that. Arms are a little trickier. You will probably have to do light toning to achieve the maximum that you want. I dance...I'm toned but I also run and do light weights, that's why I'm toned. Here's the thing with dance...ballroom, hip hop, any of it, if you do it enough (and I've been doing it for a long time) will basically kind of take the curves off of you. In order to keep that tone and definition, you have to do things like sit ups and push ups and lunges and squats and so on and so forth. Just a given. Sorry! :( Health Question & Answer
