I have recently been hearing about a new diet that comes out today called everLoss. I haven't yet been able to purchase it but from the information I have received through emails about it, I am still on the fence. Your in luck, surprisingly. I just received a review copy for the product late last night before launch. The 5 book course included is a golden nugget of information for anyone looking to lose weight in my opinion. There are so many fad diets going around that only help to lose weight in the short term, in my opinion normally in unhealthy ways. Things like the Atkins diet which removes carbs from your diet will lead to a less energized "you" that will in turn stop you from doing the needed exercise to get in shape. Losing weight is not the main thing, the main thing should be getting healthy. If you are serious about getting healthy, the everloss system is a great choice. It shows the pitfalls of current diet trends, addresses which exercises to use to optimize weight loss, as well as gives recipe choices to get you started on eating healthy.
