start weight training and do supersets as this is proven to rev up your metabolism, and also when doing cardio try doing interval training as this can also increase your metabolism for up to 24 even 42 hours after.

if i was to explain interval training and supersets it would take ages so i decided to find you a couple of good sites on both.
