I am not sure what they recommend to eat but I would assume it would have low calories & carbohydrates. By having 5 small meals you are taking away the hunger pains more frequently & I will admit this diet plan does work as I knew a fellow worker who lost a substantial amount of weight using this plan. This is to target portion control. If you eat less you'll lose weight but you wont starve, you'll still be putting something on your stomach. But you'll still have to exercise as well. Health Question & Answer

changing your eating schedule will depress your body, instead stick to your schedule and change the diet, im not saying dont eat CHANGE DIET ONLY!!!!! many people confuse diet with self starving, that is wrong Health Question & Answer
