I do swimming (90mins/week) and PE at school. I also do a bit of extra exercise about 3-5 times a week. In these sessions I do stretching, curl-ups, push ups, skipping, riding, jogging or running (or a combination of different activities) for about half an hour. Health Question & Answer

As a competitive Triathlete, I cycled for 8 hours a week, swam for 6 hours and ran 6 hours. 20 hours total, I kind of miss it.
