I don't think that this is healthy enough because I don't see any vegetables and enough fruits. Eat more vegetables and fruits in your diet because these foods are very helpful and healthy for you.
Have alot of food varieties, like mixing you chicken with your salad or making a milkshake with milk, yogurt, and banana and any other recipes so you don't get bored of eating to same foods everyday.
Make sure you excercise alot. Especially cardio.
