I need help with a "diet menu"?!
Question: I need help with a "diet menu".?
I want to make a list of "meals". I will list some of the things I eat regularly... I would like you to help put them together... and add new things or things I haven't listed. I want to eat every three hours (4 times per day) to help even out the calorie intake every day. I lost 70 pounds this way but I gained a lot of weight back these past two years and I need some more ideas than what I already have. also, I am doing this alone and want to reduce leftovers so single serving ideas please.
eggs
white and wheat bread
mustard (no calories too :o))
TURKEY luncheon meat (no ham... eww)
all vegetables raw or cooked
prepackaged frozen meals (lean cuisine)
fat free bologna and hotdogs
I am also a Dr. Pepper addict... I'm trying to cut back!! (It's so yummy tho lol)
I cannot and will not drink diet sodas because I have chronic migraines and I am very sensitive to the phenylalanine that are used in them.
Be creative - anything will help :o)

Answers:
ok, since you gained the weight back i think you need to focus on eating healthy - for life. Here are my suggestions:
Breakfasts:
- some people prefer to eat their carbs in the morning, allowing for digestion throughout the day (so porride, or toast with egg)
- what i'm doing at the moment which seems to work really well, is eating only fruit for breakfast
(Snack = nuts, fruit, carrots and dip, crackers..)
Lunch:
- try food combining which is not eating meat with carbs to put it simply, so you might have a salad sandwhich (if you cant give up white bread (high GI = high insuline = store fat), try sour dough
- or have meat - fish or chicken or turkey with vegetables
(Snack again.. low fat yoghurt.?)
Dinner:
- try not to eat carbs at night so meat and veges only
- u might want a glass of light milk after dinner and an egg if ur still hungry
:)
