Question: What are some exercises to work out the pectorals and triceps, without weights.?
What are some exercises that i can do, without weights, to exercise and strengthen my full pectorals (interior and exterior) and my full triceps.? How many reps and sets should i do.? Please explain what exercises to do and how to do them. Thank you.Health Question & Answer


Answers:
Push-ups. Do 20 if you aren't that strong. Do 80 if you are.
Elevated Push-ups. Elevate yourself and do a push-up. same
Triceps Push-ups Do a push-up with your hands close together. try for 10-20
Use a punching bag and do it for half and hour (or Wii boxing)
Do dips have two parallel bars and dip down. try for 20

elevated push ups with many grips..wide,close, hands in front of face, etc. Dips will work lower pecs and tris.
You can only develop your body so far with bodyweight. You want real gains and gain mass you definately need to bench.Health Question & Answer
