Question: Am I doing pull ups wrongly.?
I feel an acidic surge at my abdominal area every time I exhale to push myself up, which gets stronger for a few seconds after I relax. what's wrong here.?Health Question & Answer

hmm... you seem to be using too much of your abdominal muscle while ulling yourself up. you need to relax that area and instead, use more of your arm muscles to pull yourself up. you aren't doing pull ups and cruches mid-air, mind you!Health Question & Answer
