Question: My friend is going on the liquid diet.?
I think she is crazy!!!! she weighs 109 and she wants to go back to 105 and she said shes going to drink nutritional liquids only... i'm so scared for her. Can she die from this even if its just a week.?Health Question & Answer

Although this diet will not likely cause her to die, I would advise my friend to consult a dietician in order to find a diet and exercise plan that is healthy for her. Being healthy should be the primary concern, vanity being the less important. I know some pretty skinny cancer patients. But they're not healthy. Health Question & Answer
If she does not overseed it she cant die for it... If someone is getting so hungry or thirsty that he/she might be starving, the will to survive will become stronger than the will to lose weight. Im sure before she is starving she will gert back to food.
