Answers:
a few home made work outs i know(mostly for grip but that translates into forearms)
1. grab a tennis ball or hand ball and jsut give it some squeezes. excellant for forearms and grip and can be done watching t.v. or something... so all day =]
2. going old school u get some rope like 1" in diameter. fold it in half once or twice and u twist it with both hands. kind of like if you were wringing water out of it.( got to find a rope that works good though)
*****some of these muscles are small and rarely used. since you will be doing alot of repititions listen to your body and avoid injury.Health Question & Answer
