i am 19 years old not that i have a real big problem with my wheight it that i dont want my health to get bad i am 6/1 and 320 pounds. what i need to do to loose wheght fast maybe about 50 lbs.Health Question & Answer

well its spelled weight.. sorry not to be mean it just bothered me and i wanted to let you know... well your weight isnt so bad.. but maybe start running about a mile 4 times a week then pick up the pace the next couple weeks and then start running longer distance but slower.. and then longer distance at a fatster pace that will loose tons of weight but exercise also has to come with a good diet so eating healthy will definitly work i read that if you eat under 20 carbs a day for a week you loose up to 15 pounds.. which isnt too bad you can load up on veggies and fruits.. and theres the "naked" diet you can read about it.. on google but i know it is about... you can eat as much as you want and what ever you want as long as it hasnt been cooked or processed.. but i would look into it... to loose fat.. in the front (i get it there) i would do crunches and situps about 100 before bed would definitly loose that "pouch" if you have it but other than that your fine.. and i wish you good luck!!! with life
