How much should i do starting out?!


Question: How much should i do starting out.?
I'm 5' 10" and weigh 230. i need to lose about 60-70 pounds. and i already eat pretty healthy, so how much should i start off excersising.

i own a weight bench

im looking for like a number of situps and pushups and stuff to start out at because i dont want to like pull something and then have to take a break from it.Health Question & Answer

Your body. Do at least a 1/2 hour (to 1 hour) of workout 4 to 6 days per week. Try and mix it up between cardio and weights, so you could do 3 days cardio and 3 days weights training. When exercising make sure you score yourself. Give at least a 7 out of 10 effort, you'll know if you've achieved this.
