Question: Im 10 years old im excactly 5'0 and weigh 108.8 pounds and i feel fat any ideas how to lose my extra weight.?
I just need a lot of good ideas to lose my weight im made fun of a school and am desperately looking for some ides to lose weight any help out there.?.?.?

Have you checked your body mass index.? If it is above 25 then yes you are over weight. Otherwise, it is the perception of others that you are fat.

Before you loose weight - check with your doctor - he/she would be able to make constructive suggestions based on your diet, exercise and how you feel about yourself. Don't just go an rush off and do it because you feel this way about yourself.

Certainly eat healthier foods for snacks, such as veggie sticks, fruit, nuts, wholegrain crackers with a little spread on it. Change your fruit juice to water. If you don't like the taste of plain water add a little fruit juice. Stay away from the fizzy drinks - they have plenty of sugar in them. If you want fizz have some soda water with a little fruit juice.

If you have processed cereal for breakfast change it to oatmeal with milk or a couple of wheat breakfast biscuits. The more processed the cereal the more sugar is in them. If you like museli go for one with more grains than dried fruit. You can also have a banana or strawberries on top. A good breakfast will help you not to eat junk food between meals. As you feel hungry less than if you skipped breakfast all together. You will feel better at school and do better in class because your concentration will be better.

Don't forget to exercise- start off slow say 10 minutes. Then add an extra 5 minutes after 3 weeks etc. You could do this in your own back yard if you are embarassed.
