I want to be healthier and exercise more, help?!


Question: I want to be healthier and exercise more, help.?
Height: 5'5
Weight: 112 lbs (or so)

Goal: I want to start being more healthy. Today I had so much junk food and I feel like a friggin couch potato. I want to start exercising which is what I used to do. I also want to start running more, but the last time I did my mom said 'ok as long as I don't find throw up in the toilet' and I'm like 'eew gross! I don't have an eating disorder.'

Questions:
Do you have any tips on being healthier overall.?

I know to eat healthy foods but we don't have a ton of fruits and veggies.

I also know to exercise more but how much.?
What kinds of things should I do.?
I want a tone body without having HUGE muscles.

What do I tell my mom next time I go running so that she'll understand.?

Answers:
try to keep away from bad foods but honestly 112 pounds seems like a good weight but if your not happy with it you might want to ride a bike to get those legs crunches and situps for the abs and some pushups for the arms and thrown in a few squats to even out your thighs if needed!

p.s. 20 crunches 30 situps 10 puchups and 20 squats at least 5 times a week and also keep your heart rate going while your doing it and during a exercise no breaks then after one set have a 30 second break then star again on your next set!Health Question & Answer

You can get special K cereal eat that for 2 meals a day. That will get you healthy. Always drink water. Don't eat after 7 pm. No junk food.
