weight 129.8lbs (59 kgs) I wanna be 54-55.
What shall I do in order to lose long lasting weight.?
Right now, I do 70 mins gymnasium and 1 hour of aerobics and yoga.( both in one hour) and I have also started 30 mins walk and I cover 3 km in 25-30 mins.

Sounds like you are on the right exercise track but how are your eating habits.? Watch your caloric intake. Eat several small meals. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and stay away from fat and carbs. Try to cut out refined sugar.
Eat a fruit and a vegetable with every meal.
Try to have 6 small meals a day, instead of 3 big ones.
