Question: What should I do to lose weight now.?
Hi everyone, I began exercising and eating healthier regularly about 5 months ago. I dropped from 260 to 220 (my height is 6'2"). The first 20 pounds (260-240) came off like warm butter! The next 20 pounds wasn't as easy. Everyday I do fifteen minutes of jump roping then fifteen minutes of burpees. I eat a salad every day and I do not eat after 6 p.m. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can lose another 20 pounds.? My ideal weight goal is 190-200. It's been about a month and I'm still 220.
