Eyes - Rotate your eyes clock wise and anticlock wise. This apart from bringing relief to tiering eyes is also a good facial exercise.

Neck - rotate your neck slowly and carefully (otherwise you will get a sprain) clockwise and anticlock wise.

Ankle Rotation - rotate ankles of your leg 20 times, clockwise and anticlock wise. Repeat the same with hands as well, also stretching out the hands.

Belly - Hold your lower belly for 5-10 mintues (or more) (this will really help to reduce your lower belly).

Butt - Squeeze both your butts together tightly and hold on for as long as you can (5 minutes or more). This will help in shaping up your butt.

Breathing Exercise - Can take deep breaths - inhale lungful of air and exhale with the same pressure (50 times). This gets rid of impurities in lungs, throwing out wastes.
