or does it make a difference.? thanks.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
I always tell people the best time to exercise is whenever it fits best into your schedule. If it is inconvenient for you to work out in the morning, you won't do it.Health Question & Answer

Maybe, it does make a difference if you exercise in the morning or in the evening. However, I would say it would be dependent of one's personal preference. You see, some like it in the morning while others like it in the evening. Just like you want it hot or you want it cold! Personally, I prefer to exercise in the morning when I have more energy and a good attitude towards developing a sweat, while in the evening I am already tired and if I exercise I have difficulty sleeping later on because of the adrenaline rush. In the morning, the rush helps me focus on my activities. Exercise is a motivation for me to do extra work because it makes me more alert and perked up.

Good luck to you.Health Question & Answer

To be honest, I don't think it will make a big difference. You may not want to work out too late in the night, however. Let's say you work out, take a shower, and go to bed. Most likely you will have trouble falling asleep because adrenaline will be pumping through your body. However, some people have no problem falling asleep right after a workout. If you work out in the morning, make sure you do it after you eat breakfast. I'd recommend working out in the afternoon, it gives you time to rest and relax and you will be tired when it's "bedtime."Health Question & Answer
