Wash your hands frequently. Never touch your face unless your hands have just been washed.

Get adequate sleep.

Take a multivitamin daily.

Cut out refined sugar from your diet.

Take Vitamin C daily.

Eat salmon 3 times a week.

Eat a fruit and a vegetable with EVERY meal.

Drink lemon juice mixed with water, it will really help your immune system.

Exercise daily.

Get the flu shot, unless advised not to by your doctor.

You can do inside activities such as yoga or aerobics....weight lifting
or you can get into these extreme winter sports
try skiing, skating, snowboarding, or snow tubbing, but whatever you do just keep moving if it's inside or outside and have fun
and also back off those winter cravings filled with proteins or animal fat
