day 1 chest and biceps
day 2 shoulders and triceps
day 3 back and biceps

week 2
day 1 chest and triceps
day 2 shoulders and biceps
day 3 back and triceps
day 4 legs and misc.

all including abs with every training at the beginning and at the end.

and u must eat carbohydrate before and protein after

legs Friday

saturday... Biceps tricpes...you will get results trust me.... if you dont wanna do legs like most moronic bodybuilders substitute saturday with friday.Health Question & Answer
