like i just ate-- and i am soo full i think im gonna burst-- but i still cant stop myself from going in the kitchen and grabbing handfull of cookaays or chipps. urgg! i just lost some weight and weigh 120lb. im 5'8. i dont wanna get even MORE fat!! help! :P

I recently stopped eating items with CORN SYRUP or HIGH FRUCTOS CORN SYRUP in them after i saw a commercial for corn syrup that said "use in moderation" and i realized that its in EVERYTHING so how can you use it in moderation.

Instead buy carrots and make carrot sticks and put them in a glass of water in the fridge.
