Breakfast:
Oatmeal made with water not milk (200 cals)
and a sugar free red bull (10 cals)

Lunch:
Chicken Noodle Soup (small cup) (maybe like 250 cals)
Pasta and Broccoli (a small amount) (maybe like 200-250 cals.?)

Snack:
Grilled chicken salad with oil and vinegar for dressing (200 cals)

Dinner:
One pork chop with sugar free applesauce and broccoli (I guess about 300-350 cals)

I drink water all day with the exception of my red bull
also I will do my elliptical machine for 45 mins tonight.
What do you think?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Guess who.? :P

let me say first that your choices are all healthy. however, i don't think they are conducive to fat loss.

i believe carbs should be earned. when we are overweight, and have fat to lose, i eliminate carbs. when we reach our goal, then we re-introduce carbs back into our life. slooooooooowly. and at the correct times of the day. breakfast. and after our workout. no need for carbs any other time. carbs only provide us with energy.

carbs are non essential. if people tell you otherwise, ask them this:

"Please tell me the name of one essential carbohydrate" they can't. it doesn't exist.

then ask them this:

"Please tell me an essential protein. or an essential fat." i'm not sure if they can, but they exist! why.? cuz our bodies NEED them for growth and repair.

ok sorry for ranting. but the anit-low-carb people drive me crazy.

and red bull is FINE. its even better before your cardio. caffeine helps in the fat burning process.

dont forget to make your cardio progressive. if you are doing 3 x per week. work up to 7 days per week at 45 mins.

when the fat loss stalls, add 10 mins to each session. don't go highter than 60 mins per session.

hope i've helped in some way!

good luck and feel free to ask any questions you may have.Health Question & Answer

That does sound like a good plan, but will you get sick of those foods, plus red bull is really high in caffeine and isn't good for you. Health Question & Answer

This sounds like a good plan. You have a good mix of carbs, protein, fruit ang veg, and 45 mins is a good amount to do.
Sounds good to me!Health Question & Answer
