Question: When working out and you get sore the next day.....?
should you push thru the pain and do another workout or should you take a day off.? I'm mostly doing cardio work outs, but I really got sore with some round house kicks yesterday. I'm just afraid to miss a work out. What should I do.?Health Question & Answer

Hi i am glad you are asking this question because it is important you get the proper rest for your work outs personally this is what i do Monday is chest and back Wednesday is legs and biceps/triceps and Friday is chest and back again. when you work out your muscle tissue tares and it takes at least 48 hours to repair e some times 72 but that means you are over working your muscles. email if you got any questions.Health Question & Answer
