Question: Hungry but it's bedtime, help.?
So, it is bed time here, I am kind of hungry, I didn't have a very filling or nutritious dinner. So, what can I do, should I drink something.? Eat something.? Help.? Generally I stop eating after 7:00Health Question & Answer

Do you not eat because of weight or heartburn.? Have a snack. Going to bed hungry can cause excess stomach acid. Eating can be a problem with heartburn so just don't lie flat. Prop yourself up with a couple of pillows.

Drinking water is usually the best solution, but something small or light like crackers, popcorn, or just a simple bowl of cereal are all good solutions as well.

If you have any cereal/breakfast/granola bars, those would be even better, but like I said, water is usually the best solution.

Still, there are no adverse effects to eating late at night, because your body will continue to work and digest any food eaten at any time while you sleep.
