Ok near as i can figure you are roughly about 150 pounds. Depending on how tall you are does not necessarily mean your "fat" as you say. I know several women who are 5'2" to 5'5" and are roughly close to 200 pounds or more and are very sexy women. Being sexy is what you make of it. The best thing to start with is walk. Walk everyday about one mile until you can build yourself up to go further. This will give you some very good exercise. Once you have started walking regularly then you need to work on some toning. If you are planning on dropping a few pounds then you will more than likely lose some muscle also. So toning is very important. Drink plenty of water. Cut out alcohol. You can treat yourself to a drink every now and then. Eat about 5 or 6 times a day. Very small portions. Stay away from carbs that are bad for you. Eat whole wheat grains. Snack on veggies and fruit. Instead of having a large plate sitting in front of you during dinner use a saucer sized one. This works on the mind. Even though the plate is small you will have plenty of food on it and this makes your brain think you are having a huge plate of food. Take at least 20 mins to eat. You have made the right choice by choosing to lose weight healthily instead of losing it fast using risky methods. I am no expert in losing weight, but I will tell you what I know. Basically, you should eat a balanced diet from all groups of food. Try to consume less fatty foods and incorporate more fruits and vegetables in your diet. And don't forget to exercise! If you want to be sexy, you got to tone up right! Flabby arms and legs aren't sexy. Ask your friends out for some exercising, it would be fun and you can lose weight at the same time. Well depending on your height you don't have that much to lose, you are certainly not fat. I have lost 15 kilos in 12 months by a combination of diet and exercise. Get yourself a fun dance workout dvd. I love to walk and listen to my fave tunes on my iPod, I have built up to running. Tried Low carb that was hard but lost a couple of kilos really quickly. Now I just eat what I want but have an almost no take out policy. It's funny though, since I have lost weight people have said I am not as sexy anymore so be careful what you wish for. if you eat full fat dairy and protein 3 days a week without any kind of carbs then started to eat brown bread in the morning ,and salads and fruits and go back to dairy and protein for another 3 days a week
with work out hard *muscles on protein days and cardio on carbs days*
