And no you won't. Pasta doesn't have any nutrition unless it's with something like cheese or healthy sauce. To lose weight most people think oh if I eat less then I'll lose weight. Not the case. Yes you have to eat a bit less then what you normally eat but it's essential to balance your diet out with all of the food groups. Check the nutrition guides on the back of any food product. Think of a limit for yourself per day.
