Question: A Question about weight loss!.?
Ok! I'm not overweight, yet I'm not the size I want to be, not to mention the horrible sight of moobs. I've tried everything but for some reason, I cannot gain weight, nor lose it. No matter what I do, nothing seems to work. I exercise for about an hour a day, and only eat three meals without any snacks, no soft drink, and the only foods I do eat are the good kinds. I'm at my wits end and don't really know what to do. Is there any way I can lose it without surgery, and are there any other exercises I haven't tried that could help.?Health Question & Answer

Change it up. There is no worse of a feeling like hitting a plateau. Not that you hit one, but it sounds like you are starting on one! If you are at the gym exercising, switch it to a class. If you are doing a class, get out on your bike. You see what I am saying.? Don't forget to make it fun, otherwise it isn't really worth doing, is it.?

also, I would analyze what you are eating. I am sure you have heard it before, but journaling really helps me get back on track, every once in a while. Make sure you are filling your day with a lot of water (sounds like you are), and it is important to snack. Make sure they are healthy, but it will get you balancing your meals out a little better so you aren't eating more than you need to be.Health Question & Answer
